Victor D. Orihuela, Esq.
Victor Orihuela is managing partner at Trinkler & Orihuela, PLLC and has focused his 14-year legal career in the area of probate, trust, and fiduciary litigation. Victor has made it a priority to provide his clients with expert legal advice, while at the same time counselling them through the complex and emotional aspects involved in any contested litigation.
Prior to co-founding Trinkler & Orihuela, PLLC, Victor was a partner at a prominent law firm, gaining valuable experience in handling matters from inception through trial.
Victor helps families and fiduciaries in solving legal issues relating to will and trust contests, tortious interference with expectancy, breaches of fiduciary duty, removal of trustees and personal representatives, trust modification and/or revocation, trust accountings, issues relating to pay-on-death beneficiary accounts, elective share and homestead litigation, and all other contested matters relating to inheritances and honoring a love-one’s testamentary intentions.
Victor has successfully represented clients in high-end estate and trust matters with over $100 million at issue and obtained numerous judgments at trial in favor of his client’s interests.
A life-long resident of South Florida, Victor lives in Parkland, Florida with his wife and two children. Victor is also fluent in Spanish.
